Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- All shipping for domestic orders is free, excluding furniture and select vintage items. Nooch will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is for local-pickup only and will share more instructions at that time.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you live outside of the U.S. and are interested in buying our products, please contact us directly.
Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items
- We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount and send you a pre-paid label for the return.
- In order to request a return, please email natalie@shopnooch.com with your oder number and we will send you a pre-paid label.
- In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at natalie@shopnooch.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
- Refunds will be processed by Nooch within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.
